I'm a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, trained through the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, but I don't work in a clinic. I share my recipes, nutrition advice, and motivation through videos every week.

I'm lucky enough to be able to change peoples' lives and support the causes I believe in to make a difference in the world.

Over 38,000 YouTube subscribers join me to find new ways to make healthy vegan food taste fantastic, and live life at their peak energy level.

Since 2010, I've posted over 700 videos, which have gathered over 5 million views.

I'm not like most other vegan YouTubers. I'm not a raw foodist. I'm not into drama. I don't want to have a show on the Food Network.

I can help inspire and motivate you to take control of your own health and energy levels through conscious choices about what you eat.

But I'm not going to tell you what to do.

You have to make your own choices. There are so many people who have so many "rules" about food that they wind up unbalanced and unhappy.

My philosophy of healthy food and healthy living is simple:

Eat and do the things that make you balanced and happy.

I eat lots of mangoes, chickpeas, squash, and chocolate.
I love kale, but I don't have a shrine to it.
I love maple syrup, but I don't need to use a lot of it.

I was drawn to a healthy vegan lifestyle after learning about the environmental impacts of industrial food production.

A person who follows a vegan diet produces the equivalent of 50% less carbon dioxide, uses 1/11th oil, 1/13th water, and 1/18th land compared to a meat-lover for their food.

There are a million and one reasons that I continue to choose the things I choose in this life every single day, but that was my tipping point.

I realized I could do something to make a difference.

Something that was entirely under my control.

A choice so obvious I can't imagine living any other way.

That's not to say that my choices should yours. Your path is your own, and your clarity will come from whatever is inside of you.

I learned how to make healthy food taste amazing because, like you, I don't want to eat food that tastes like cardboard. I took a chef training course to learn intuitive plant-based cooking through the School of Natural Cookery.

I've never had as much fun cooking and eating as I do now!

I never feel restricted or deprived, I feel liberated and luxurious with all the wonderful foods I eat and the things I do.

After shifting to a healthy vegan lifestyle, I had more energy, I lost some extra weight without trying, and I didn't have chronic gas or digestion issues. I had no idea that this was how I was supposed to feel!

I didn't realize how bad I felt until I felt better.

I believe you have to step fully onto the path of healthy eating if you want to thrive and find the energy and health you deserve. That includes what you eat, what you don't eat, what you do during the day, and most importantly the attitude you bring to the table.

But I don't believe you have to do everything at once. I've worked with hundreds of clients who are living proof that a gradual approach can work wonders.

I'm known for the attention and care I put into each and every meal plan, each and every class or workshop, each and every recipe. I make the healthy part flow easily and effortlessly for you, and make it so crazy delicious that you'll wind up making the meals over and over again.

I'm also known for providing insane amounts of free videos, articles, and recipes. I feel so lucky to be able to do this, earning a living through offering online programs and services that serve hundreds of people a year deeply. That allows me to provide many thousands of people a year with free content.

Why do I do this work? Because if I can help you shift towards eating more plants, eating more whole foods, then I'm expanding the difference I can make for this planet on a bigger scale than just myself.

Being just one person can feel hopeless sometimes, in the face of so much change that needs to happen for us and our ecosystem to survive. My focus is on reconnecting with food as a positive source of nourishment and energy, and getting you excited to eat salad and veggie burgers and soup and oatmeal.
