Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas (or 1/2 cup dried, fully cooked)
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 small yellow onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ head of cauliflower, chopped
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp allspice (optional)
  • Sea salt to taste
  • 1 lime, zested and juiced.
