If you feel sluggish, depressed, stuck in a rut... it's time for a reset and tune-up!
Imagine you could wake up tomorrow and find you had...
Are you ready to feel so fantastic you'll bounce out of bed and have energy to spare?
This program is a complete cleanse plan, showing you exactly what to eat for each meal and snack. It's a 7-day plan:
It's hard to do a cleanse on your own, to figure out what to do and what to make with the foods that are "allowed". Trust me, I've done a lot of cleanse programs and if you don't have a well-organized plan it's easy to lose motivation.
All you have to do is follow what I've laid out and enjoy the benefits, without having to figure out what you can make (that will actually taste good) while cleansing.
What this program includes:
This is a complete daily meal plan program with recipes for every meal and snack - so you're never left wondering what to make at any given point.
A complete weekly grocery list of every item you’ll need to make all the meals and snacks, so you know exactly what you need to get at the store.
You'll get a calendar with the meals, plus space to write how you feel and how your energy levels are, so you can see how the cleanse affects your body. (NB: This is NOT about counting calories!)
You'll have videos from me, on how to get prepared plus check-ins as I go through the cleanse, and helpful tips and information along the way.
Ask questions and get support from people like you - which can be tough if you're the only person in your family or town who's doing what you're doing.
Start the plan whenever works for you, and the videos + recipes of the program are yours to download and keep forever!
Is this some crazy intense detox/starvation plan?
My definition of a cleanse: eating healthy whole foods, and releasing the things that are dragging us down - not about starving ourselves.
Why this isn't a typical cleanse
Whatever you’ve heard about cleanses being about depriving yourself, being really difficult and making your feel weak is not the approach I have to cleanses. This is going to be fun, and you’ll have lots of energy, I promise!
This cleanse is about lightening things up on your system, but giving you balanced nutrition and nourishment to fuel your day. It's about reconnecting with joy and what really matters in life.
I've spent months planning things out, to make sure the recipes are interesting and delicious, and that they provide you with all the nutrients you need to be healthy.
I did a full nutritional breakdown of every food, meal, smoothie and snack to make sure there were enough calories to support you and a proper balance of nutrients for you each day, including making sure the omega-3 essential fats were in ratio to omega-6 (see the video below).
There's usually no need to do the intense kind of detox cleanses you often see touted. Your body is a wonderful machine that will naturally take care of anything bad in your system if you get out of the way and allow it to.
So what we’re doing here is not forcing your body to detoxify - we’re just enabling it to do what it's designed to do!
What sets this program apart from other cleanse and detox programs:
Dynamic portions to get the right amount of fuel for YOUR energy needs
I don't want you to count calories, but I also want to make sure you get enough fuel for your body. So just input your height, weight, age, gender, activity level and weight goal, and the amounts in all of the recipes and the grocery list will change to match.
Cook for others by inputting information for everyone else you cook for, and the recipes and grocery lists will adjust to include them as well.
Vegan + Dietary Restriction Options
This plan is fully vegan, so it's free of all meat, poultry, fish, dairy, eggs and honey.
Check a box, and the recipes will shift to nut-free, gluten-free, soy-free, oil-free and/or athletic - so you have a plan no matter what dietary restrictions you have.
Designed by a Registered Holistic Nutritionist
The level of planning, motivation and nutrition information you get is huge! This is not just a bunch of recipes thrown together like the cheap and free plans you can find elsewhere. This is a nutritionally balanced plan put together by a nutritionist, with a focus on making it easy to make healthy meals and eliminating wasted food in your fridge or cupboard. You'll get a full nutritional breakdown of every food, meal, smoothie and snack for the week
If our bodies are designed to cleanse themselves, why do we even need to do anything special?
Unfortunately, most of us don't treat our bodies as well as we should every day.
If you suffer from any of the following, it's time for a cleanse:
Results you can expect from doing a cleanse:
I like to cleanse at the change of seasons - spring, start of summer, in fall, at New Year's after holiday indulgences, and so on. You could cleanse any time, though, your body will always appreciate it.

"I started Friday and did everything to the tee just like you said. I feel GREAT!!!! My energy has skyrocketed, my digestive system is working great and I feel so good I almost do not want to come off of it."
- Nadine Newburgh, NY
"So far the cleanse has helped me to discover some of the foods my body simply doesn't like... foods I have been eating for years! I can feel some of my symptoms lifting already, but more importantly, psychologically I feel GREAT about what I am finally doing for my body.""
- Haley, Amsterdam.
"I feel really good & I'm down 4.5 pounds. I already have the one week (long-term) meal plan & will start that on Sunday... May even do the cleanse again, at some point this summer. It was a pleasure & a lot of fun. I learned quite a bit, about foods that work for me & foods that don't..."
- Steve, Bristol RI
"I just wanted to thank you for running such a well-planned cleanse. I've tried a couple in the past but never stuck with them for more than a day because they were so low in calories I felt I couldn't do anything and the people running them were not good at answering questions/offering substitutions, etc. I actually had fun in this cleanse, the recipes were all delicious, and I just felt good overall."

"What if I get hungry?"
This cleanse is not about deprivation! I have tips inside the cleanse members' site about good options if you feel hungry, but basically you can eat however much you like of the foods I have in the cleanse, which are wonderfully nourishing whole plant foods. So eat more bananas, avocados, oats, quinoa, almond butter, add some vegan protein powder - whatever keeps you going within the basic outline of the cleanse is totally fine! And I'm here to help you if you run into problems with any aspect of the cleanse.

Who Should Join?
Sometimes people are scared by the word 'cleanse' - but as I said above, it really just means that you're nourishing your body while giving it a rest from the regular onslaught of excess food (and maybe junk food?) we pile in there that prevents it from working optimally.
So almost everyone can benefit from a light cleanse, like the one I've set up. Cleansing has tons of benefits, and for me it's often mostly about a mental shift back to healthier habits. I try to do at least one or two cleanses each year, as a 3-day reset.
The only people I would advise not to do a cleanse are those who have an eating disorder, are underweight and most of the time when pregnant or nursing. If you fall under those categories, I would suggest trying one of my more balanced meal plans.
People cleanse for a lot of different reasons, but to me it's about freeing your body to be as healthy as possible. So if you feel like you're stuck in some kind of rut - whether a serious one or a minor one - a quick cleanse can help you break out of it.
5% to getting clean water to communities in need
Charity:Water. "When a community gets access to clean water, it can change just about everything. It can improve health, increase access to food, grow local economies, and help kids spend more time in school." They’ve funded 20,062 water projects in 24 countries so far.
Diseases from dirty water kill more people every year than all forms of violence, including war. 43% of those deaths are children under five years old. Access to clean water and basic sanitation can save around 16,000 lives every week.
Clean water helps keep kids in school, especially girls. In Africa alone, women spend 40 billion hours a year walking for water. Women are responsible for 72% of the water collected in Sub-Saharan Africa. When a community gets water, women and girls get their lives back. They start businesses, improve their homes, and take charge of their own futures.
Yes! I want to clean up my eating habits!
I want to jumpstart my energy, clear up my skin, kick my cravings, and break through my plateau!
