I get overwhelmed myself. That was the reason I took a degree in holistic nutrition – to help me sort out the best path for myself and understand the truth behind the fads.

I’ve had to deal with digestion problems, allergies, low blood pressure and nutritional deficiencies. Most of these things left me with low energy and caused me to just feel down a lot of the time.
If you want to have more energy, feel healthier, maybe lose some weight while we’re at it, and you’re ready to put in the effort to get there, this gives you a course of action so you know exactly what to do.

As an initial session, you’ll go through a series of detailed questions online, that will let me do a full assessment of your goals, challenges, history, eating habits, and symptoms. I may have some follow up questions, to get further specifics to refine your strategy and plan.
Doing the initial process online saves us both time, and saves you money.
Then I’ll get to work analyzing your answers, and coming up with the best nutrition strategy and personal recommendations for you to move forward. You’ll get a package of information as a PDF, so you have something tangible to keep an work on in the coming weeks and months.

- Release: Foods to avoid, or eliminate, at this time, plus ideas to replace them.

Want a Custom Meal Plan?
Sometimes you just need to know what to cook, how much, and have the whole plan laid out for you. I hear you. To make it easier for you, after our consult I can create custom meal plans, that take into account your personal nutrition needs, goals, tastes and schedule.
You’ll get the plan as a PDF package, with all the recipes along with a prep guide and full shopping list. There’s also an online area if you want to shift meals around to different days, swap a meal out for one from my recipe bank, or change the portions. You can generate a new shopping list after making any changes. Most of the recipes also have videos showing you exactly how to make the meals, if you’re new to cooking plant foods.
A wise woman once told me to only fill 80% of my calendar, to leave room for the rest of life to happen. In that spirit, your custom plan will cover 6-days, leaving one day as a flex day if you aren’t feeling well, or go out for dinner, or have extra leftovers, or want to spend the day doing all your meal prep for the week and make a bit extra of a few things.

I believe you have to step fully onto the path of healthy eating if you want to thrive and find the energy and health you deserve. That includes what you eat, what you don’t eat, what you do during the day, and most importantly the attitude you bring to the table.
But I don’t believe you have to do everything at once. I’ve worked with hundreds of clients who are living proof that a gradual approach can work wonders.
I can help inspire and motivate you to take control of your own health and energy levels through conscious choices about what you eat. But I’m not going to tell you what to do. You have to make your own choices. There are so many people who have so many “rules” about food that they wind up unbalanced and unhappy.
My philosophy of healthy food and healthy living is simple: Eat and do the things that make you balanced and happy.
I eat lots of mangoes, chickpeas, squash, and chocolate.
I love kale, but I don’t have a shrine to it.
I love maple syrup, but I don’t need to use a lot of it.
All of my recipes and meal plans are vegan, because that’s all I know to use in creating delicious wholesome meals – but I don’t need you to be vegan. Unless you want to!
