- 1 can chickpeas (or 1/2 cup dried, fully cooked)
 - 1 tsp olive oil
 - 1 small yellow onion, diced
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - ½ head of cauliflower, chopped
 - 2 tsp cinnamon
 - 1 tsp cumin
 - 1 tsp allspice (optional)
 - Sea salt to taste
