What’s your top priority?

What’s your top priority?
Heather Nicholds, C.H.N.

You came into this series with a goal, or several goals: those things you want for yourself to build the live you deserve.

Common ones I hear are that you want to lose weight, gain weight, boost energy, get balanced vegan nutrition, be able to plan meals for a day, clear up your skin, get rid of bloating/gas/indigestion, improve cardiovascular health, improve blood sugar balance, cleanse your liver, decrease inflammation, learn to cook delicious vegan meals without always using a recipe.

Do you have the strategy and the tools to get there?

Because I am all into the power of positivity and intention and all that. That’s what finding your BIG WHY is all about. That’s your motivation, your strength, your power to rely on when things get tough in trying to reach your goals.

But, you do also need to take concrete steps to get closer to your specific goals.

Check in below to let us know what your top priority is, and what you find most challenging. You can also check in with our private Facebook group to share and ask questions.

Make #vegan Chili + Cilantro Coconut Cream with @heathernicholds Registered Holistic Nutritionist

Chili + Cilantro Coconut Cream

Chili was one of my favorite meals when I was a kid, because it was so warming and comforting. Comfort food often gets a bad rep, but we can make a bowl of comfort that brings in tons of the nutrients your body needs – so it’s a win-win.
