Half your day’s servings should come from fresh fruits and vegetables, and the rest of your diet should be made up of whole grains, legumes, leafy greens, and small portions of healthy fats (avocados, nuts, seeds) and plant-based milks.
  • A whole food plant-based diet can support your body to heal from all kinds of different health issues, get off medications, reverse disease and weight loss is effortless.
  • Stay positive – focus on all the amazing foods you can eat rather than trying to eliminate everything bad. Experiment – try new foods and new recipes. There are so many resources around right now for trying new plant-based recipes, so have fun finding flavors and dishes that you love.
