Phil got a big bag of goji berries from his sister for Christmas, and he made an awesome revelation last week. They are amazing blended into some frozen banana and raspberry ice cream.
Pretty much every day, we have a big green smoothie, but made with very little water in the food processor so that it’s the texture of ice cream.
Adding the goji berries made for a nice little crunch in there, which Phil thought was like the little bits of candy cane in his favorite Christmas ice cream flavor. But goji berries definitely trump candy cane for nutritional value 🙂
