JL’s Avo-Cherry Milkshake Smoothie

Prep time:
Makes 1 large smoothie


  • water (about a cup)
  • two handfuls baby spinach
  • 1 banana
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cup frozen dark cherries
  • 2 tablespoons flax seed
  • 1 – 2 cups ice
  • Almond milk, as needed


  1. Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Enjoy!
