Super Green White Bean Dip

This dip is packed with nutrients – protein and minerals in the beans, vitamins and antioxidants in the kale and amino acids and minerals in the spices.

Plus it tastes awesome as a dip or a spread in a sandwich!

So get making ’em!

Super Green White Bean Dip

Prep time:
Makes about 2 cups of dip

  • 1 14oz can (1 1/2 cups) white beans, drained and rinsed
  • Juice of 1 lemon, or 1 1/2 Tbsp white wine or apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp almond butter, tahini or other nut/seed butter
  • 1-2 leaves kale
  • 1-2 tsp curry powder (mild or hot, whichever you prefer)
  • 1-2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp smoked paprkia (or regular)
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp sea salt or Herbamare, to taste


  1. Put everything in a food processor and pulse until it comes together.
  2. Taste for seasoning, adding more spices, vinegar or salt to your tastes.
