The individualized portions are a really unique part of this meal plan system. I’ve seen many websites where you can change the recipe servings from 1 person to 2 or more people, but I’ve never seen it where it changes the recipes based on the recommended calorie intake of each person eating, and then suggests how much each person should eat.
