Healthy Online Cooking Course
From boring pasta to healthy pizza!
I want to show you how to cook simple, healthy meals that replenish, fuel and cleanse your body.
That sounds pretty good, right? And the great thing is, once you understand what goes on behind the cooking process and how foods work together, it’s so much easier than following recipes!
12 years ago when I was in University, I mostly just ate pasta with plain tomato sauce. It was all I knew how to make. I remember when I first started trying to learn how to cook, I burned garlic and I broke down and cried because I don’t know anyone who would burn garlic.
In 2009, I enrolled in the main course at the School Of Natural Cookery and learned about intuitive cooking – making food without recipes. It was a total revelation, and made cooking so much more fun for me. And then becoming a Registered Holistic Nutritionist brought the nutrition side of things into how I cook.
I wanted to combine these two sides of cooking for you. After taking the classes, you’ll be able to simply pull a bunch of ingredients and herbs/spices out of the pantry and fridge, and whip up something delicious and nutritious without needing a recipe. Then you’ll freestyle, diagnose and correct as you go. No more disasters!
How Do The Online Cooking Classes Work?
The classes were done live, and I recorded them from different angles so that I could edit them into a course for you to watch on your own time. There are 24 classes of 45-60 minutes each.
Now, once you’ve made these meals once, you’ll easily be able to do all the prep work in less than 30 minutes – the classes are longer because I discuss nutrition and demonstrate cooking techniques while I go.

- Watch the cooking class videos online any time you want (day or night)
- Go through the dozens of photo lessons to learn specific techniques
- Download all of the videos and recipes
- Upload photos of some of your meals

We won’t be making boring pasta (although we do make a nice homemade tomato sauce in one class). I’ll be passing on to you the most important tips I learned in cooking school.
